Added to this will be a brand new sportsbook and a top-of-the-range, high-limit casino gaming area for more experienced casino gamers in Michigan.
The casino floor at Gun Lake Casino already offers guests over 2,000 slot machines and around 50 table games to play at. The tribe have not revealed a timeline for when the Gun Lake Casino development may be completed, but it is not expected to be finished for a few years. It has already invested $415 million into the casino and its development since Gun Lake Casino’s opening in 2011 and this number will shoot up to $715 million in the coming years after the news. The Gun Lake Tribe are not holding back with this expansion plan. The Gun Lake Casino expansion will include 250 four-star hotel rooms and suites, a new spa and oasis pool enclosed in a glass dome to enable use throughout the year, new restaurants and additional entertainment space. On Monday, the Gun Lake Tribe and Gun Lake Casino came together to announce plans for a $300 million expansion project that is expected to transform the casino resort near Wayland, Michigan. The $300 million Gun Lake Casino expansion plans are expected to transform this Michigan casino resort into a must-visit destination.
